Refund policy

If you are not thrilled with your recently purchased jewelry, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within two weeks from the time your order was received. We accept returns for a store credit or full refund (less shipping) to the original form of payment. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition and unworn.

To return an item, please email us at waderingheartmalas@gmail.com with “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” in the subject line. We will send you a Return Authorization Code to include on your Return/Exchange Form. Please enclose a copy of this form with your return item(s) and mail to the address below. We ask that you ship your return with an insured courier in a padded envelope or box; Wandering Heart Malas is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
